Olyconn has established a variety of labs for various research and quality testing purposes, including:

3. Electrical Performance Laboratory 电气性能测试实验室
Olyconn possesses many instruments in its labs for various research and quality testing purposes. For example, the corrosion testing by using the Salt Spray Testing Chamber, the development research and quality inspection of connectors by using the Automatic Insertion and Extraction testing machine, the high precision video measuring by using the precision projector testing machine, the fast, accurate and easy-to-achieve measurement by using the 2.5D image measuring instrument, or the soldering of substrates with surface mounted components using the reflow (IR) soldering furnace.
There is also hipot tester and insulation resistance meter for product insulation evaluation and inline detection, electrostatic discharge tester for ESD evaluation and test, and lightning surge tester to simulate and test electronic component under lightning strikes.
Olyconn labs also have other instruments for additional or unconventional tests, such as intelligent low resistance testing machine for measuring low resistance, Vickers hardness testing machine for determining hardness in materials in the micro hardness test load range, high and low temperature test chambers for testing the reliability of the performance.

Electronics mold design and manufacturing are Olyconn’s specialty. The spark machine is used in metal-cutting and metal forming. The milling machine is used to machine flat or irregularly shaped surfaces. The grinding machine is used to remove material from a surface by using abrasive particles. Regular mold maintenance is performed in Olyconn’s shop floors
