Our Factory

There are a variety of shop floors at Olyconn. Here is an example of the stamping shop floor with the high-speed stamping machine and the precision metal stamping molds. The mold injection shop floor has many high precision molding machines, including horizontal injection molding machine and vertical injection molding machine. Depending on the product type and volume, some products are assembled manually, and some products are assembled by auto machine with CCD detection to meet customer’s cost target and quality target.

Olyconn is ISO 9001 certified. The certification has been regularly monitored and renewed. There is a very vigorous quality assurance system implemented. The quality system covers the entire end-to-end process of product Research and Development to product customer delivery. All the four phases are included: Engineering, Incoming Material, Production and Shipment.

Olyconn adopts a typical manufacturer’s org structure with a board overseeing the performance and directions of the company. The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations and manages four departments directly, namely, Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, Resources which includes Finance, Procurement and HR, and Manufacturing. Each of the departments has 3 separate groups underneath to handle daily operations of the company.
奥力康采用典型的制造商组织结构，由董事会监督公司的绩效和方向。总经理负责日常运营，直接管理四个部门，即销售和市场营销、研发、资源（包括财务、采购和人力资源）和制造。每个部门下设三个小组，负责公司的日常运营。

Company History
公司的历史
Olyconn initially started in Hong Kong doing business as Aowen Technology in 2005. The Shenzhen company Aoliankang Technology was created in 2007. In 2011, it obtained the ISO9001:2008 certification. In 2014 the Dongguan company Aohongkang was set up to host the manufacturing facility. In 2017, Olyconn became a supplier for Foxconn. In 2019, Olyconn started to partner with some major Fortune 500 companies in providing electronics components.
奥力康最初于2005年在香港以奥文科技的名义开展业务。深圳奥连康科技有限公司成立于2007年。2011年通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证。2014年，东莞奥洪康公司成立，作为制造工厂的所在地。2017年，奥力康成为富士康的重点扶持供应商。2019年，奥力康开始与一些主要的财富500强公司合作，提供电子元器件。
